Terms of Usage

UnstableNfts is a web interface to public smart contracts deployed on Arc. The contracts — not this site — hold listings, escrow funds, and settle trades. The interface is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The site is non-custodial. It never holds your assets, never has access to your keys, and cannot act on your behalf. Every action is a transaction you sign in your own wallet.

• You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign. Review each transaction before signing it.
• On-chain transactions are final. No one — including the operators of this site — can reverse, refund, or modify a settled transaction.
• Do not use the market where doing so is unlawful. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you, including tax and sanctions rules.
• You must be of legal age to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

The market charges a fee on sales, taken from the sale amount before proceeds reach the seller. Submitting a collection for listing carries a flat fee, refunded in full if the submission is not approved. Current rates and their on-chain ceilings are documented in the docs and always readable from the contracts themselves.

• Collections listed on the market are created and operated by their own teams, not by this site.
• Listing or approval here is a curation signal only — it is not an endorsement, audit, or guarantee of any collection, its team, or its value.
• The verified badge means the market operators vetted the collection's identity, nothing more.
• The operators may decline or remove a collection's presence in the interface at their discretion; on-chain assets and history are unaffected.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. NFTs are collectibles; their value can go to zero. Make your own decisions.

• The interface may change, pause, or go offline at any time, without notice. The contracts remain on-chain and usable regardless of this site.
• The market contract can be paused by its operator as an emergency brake; a pause blocks new listings and purchases but never blocks delisting your NFTs or claiming credited funds.
• These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the interface or the underlying contracts — including losses from contract defects, chain outages, RPC failures, wallet compromise, market volatility, or actions of third-party collections. Your sole remedy is to stop using the interface.
